Why am I paying levies for below-standard service?

I moved into my flat in the first week of July. I went to Huurkor's offices in Sunnyside to report my tattered remote and locked garage (that I couldn't have access to) which they are responsible for fixing, only to be greeted by an arrogant Jan Fourie (Manager of the building) who up to this day has not followed up on my requests. I went there twice and only received an undermining attitude from both him and his secretary. They treated me as if they are doing me a favour!!! Had I known that I'd be treated like I don't matter (even though I own the unit and pay my levies on time) I would have never bought into the building! To make matters worse, the caretaker, whom I've never met, does not live in the complex! The so called "maintainance" is pathetic and the tenants have allocated themselves parking bays with one guy occupying 2 and a garage! How appaulling! There's just no order here. I'm disgusted at the management of this place.
