We moved out at the beginning of march. We vacated the property at about 8:00. The estate agent only phoned us again at about 14:30 when the new tenant had arrived. We agreed to meet het to do the exit inspection. As we had to move out rather quickly we did not have time to wash the carpets. We did the inspection and left being told that the document would be loaded that Monday and we would get a copy (I have not received this even though I have asked numerous times). On the 5th of March 2013 I sent an email asking about our deposit as I had not heard anything. They told me the cost would be R3800 and I was told that the bedroom door was broken. We had never experienced any problems with the door and as such was shocked. Also I was told that 80% of the apartment needed repaint. According to the lease agreement the landlord is responsible for time to time management, which repaint is. I have attempted continuously to sort this issue out but not once have I been able to get the quote to show where the prices came form. I also see that this happens in Angor as shown by a previous complaint. I will never recommend or use you again and this matter is in the process of being taken furthe
