Service, feedback and a refund

Writing a new report to change my complaint into a compliment.

I am unhappy about the ticketing issues, almost lost a lot of money and BOB took longer than stated on their web page.
Because I have to understand that the call center agents are busy, BOB has to understand that I am being ripped off, to and that the seller is trying to pull a fast one on me.

Regardless, the BOB Ops manager, Cuan Akal stepped up to the plate and set the seller back in his place, securing my refund and clearing the SNC against me.

I am still being harassed by the seller but he is a sour grape and his activities are now public for all BOB users to read.

Thank you Cuan for assisting me and securing my refund.
I will once again enjoy my experience on BOB knowing that we can rely on you guys for assistance.
