I have bought a house through elite group properties and when i was handed over the keys the toilet was faulty and i was advised by agent Thapelo that it was going to be fixed and tiil today its still not and as days went by living in the house I realised that the doors had huge gaps when it was windy the dust and wind coming through i logged the complain with JFS housing and they just told me theres nothing they can do as my house is tiled however the tiles are only on the ground and the passage on the doors sides was not taken into account and they dont really care. All I CAN SAY IS THAT YOUR SERVICE IS BAD
