Supplier gave a quote, I declined the quote, supplier is trying to force me to pay for the service not rendered. I reported the matter to the Consumer Protection Commission National, it was referred to the Western Cape. Supplier sent a letter that they are now listing me on ITC (for a service not rendered) while the matter is pending with the Consumer Council.
