Very Poor Service

About a month ago my geyser burst and Trafalgar said I should get plumber to replace it and they would pay once job was complete. I gave the plumber a deposit and he proceeded with job.

Now a month later I am still struggling to get my deposit and plumbers is continuously hounding me for his money. I have been dealing with Delmerine who keeps passing the buck and blaming other people. She makes me empty promises to call me but im having to call in everytime to follow up only to be told the same story everytime.

This is absolutely pathetic customer service and I dont know why myself and plumber is having to wait so long for our money.
