I booked with silversands on the 14 May 2013. I enquired about parking and even emailed (i have the proof). i received an email today (3 weeks later) advising me that there is no parking. i called and spoke to Nadine, this rude lady advised me that this hotel only has 9 parking bays for rooms of 175, WHAT, REALLY (i have this call). i advised her that my vehicle is worth alot and what happens if they my tyres. She said, well that can happen on any street (exactly, emphasis on street). she then transfers me to another lady who advises me that i will be sleeping in one room on Friday and my family and i will then be moved to another on Saturday. this is all during my call to them. She further advises that she will call tomorrow, so i have to sit tonight and worry about where to park my vehicle after requesting parking 3 (Three) weeks ago. Yes, i will be advising everybody i no and being an attorney i know alot of people. No, it will not be defamation it will be truth an public interest because nobody can afford having there car.
