A contract was entered into with Ardor SA Limited ["Ardor"] (previously Decillion Limited and related to Oakwood Property Management) for the provision of financial services. The contract was agreed to and signed by the CEO, Mark Smith, in August 2012. The company has still not met its contractual obligation to pay the fees due.
