I rented this property from Alcus and every time I inform them of anything that needs to be fixed by them or the owner since I'm renting I get referred to some other company which soup prices me because I signed the lease agreement with Alcus. To date it's been five (5) months that I requested for the front doors butler to be fixed without any help. Their lease agreement specifically mentions that I can not fix and deduct from the rent. People be careful before renting property from Alcus. This is sies servive
