The maintenance guy, Shaun, from Seeff Rentals was unable to get into my complex today to fix my security Gate. he was unable to reach me on my cell as I was in a meeting. I returned his missed call and he proceeded to berate me. When I was finally able to get a word in he hung up the phone on me. I called him back and said that behaviour was not professional... he continued to argue with me and hung up the phone again. I escalated the matter and the manager of the branch, Tracey returned my call. My conversation with her about her rude employee was a waste of my time and energy. She basically excused his behaviour and blamed it on his frustration with me for not being able to get into the complex for a second time. And that excused the fact that he hung up on a customer twice. This and the fact that the manager of such a reputable property agency has condoned such despicable behaviour towards a customer is something that I can't quite fathom
