We purchased a house in Alberton through century 21 last year September, we had a great experience dealing with Ben. Two days ago we phoned Ben to do a valuation on our property as we did some renovations and we are looking at further alterations but we needed to make sure we would not over capitalize. Ben was there the same day we phoned him even though he knew we wouldn't sell and gave us advice and handed us a professional valuation.
