In May 2012 we moved into a unit that Renprop manages. At the time we pointed out the mould as well as holes in the walls which needed repair. Soon after moving in a contractor can to repair the holes in the wall with filler and said he would return to paint the flat and deal with the mould in the bathroom Well needless to say that he did not return. So when our lease was up for renewal, the rental manager promised that these problems will be attended to if we renewed our lease, including the recent development of water leaking into our bathroom from the flat above. But 4 months later the leak continues and Renprop doesn't seemed concerned that it may be a sewage leak according to their learned contractors or that such a leak is a health hazard. I have had no joy out of them despite the fact that I contact them daily.
