Yesterday around 16:45-17:00 my washing was here by kempton place secured washing line area which has security cameras everywhere. I confronted one of the building managers to help view the footage so we can see what happened, he just came there switched on the machines and left all by ourselves to see if we can spot the perpetrator, after seeing the perpetrator I asked where to from here he said he doesn't know. This morning I went to the office to lay a complaint about my washing but my complaint fell on deaf ears. They were completely no willing to help whatsoever, like they don't care about me as their tenant all they care about is money and not how we feel about the kind of service they render. I went to the second building manager and asked him if he could please check for me who accessed the secured washing line area and all h could say is sorry I can't do it my system doesn't allow me to do so. So what they are telling me is stuff my washing I must just keep on pay rent even when I'm not happy.
