Kindly assist urgently with follow up for poor sanitation at the unit above. I started renting the unit in September 2012, only to find place dirty i.e. walls, floors, and faeces on bathroom floor. I forwarded request to correct the state many times but I was either intimidated or obstructed to arrange cleaning of unit and deducting the cost from monthly rental. I resorted to seek assistance from Durban office also in vain. My rental renewal is due at end of August 2013 and no cleaning has actually happened yet the rental has increased with an amount of r400 for unhealthy and poor sanitation place. My health has badly been affected by condition, which I have constantly advised the company of. I have my other house items kept at friends place and inconveniencing so as I have to pay an amount of R500 for storage. Just letting is not responding to my communication currently
