I'm renting a flat with huurkor agency in malet building. I moved in at the beginning of this month (january), found the butlerdoor not working, I reprted it immediately to the agent responsible for that building and she referred me to the care-taker who promised to fix it in 2 days time but till now it is still not fixed. I called them more than 5 times on separate occasions and the agent keeps telling me she will talk to the care-taker. am afraid to loose my stuff because of the butler that is left unlocked cause it's not working. I paid full and I expect full service. there are lots of things which are not up to standard in that flat but I made an exception but if they cant fix a simple thing such as a door, I dont know. Hope someone sees this and help out.
