They don't pay there accounts

I did some IT work for the branch and still have not received payment for it. This is after a month of phoning them and have payment promised to me :(
I was even nice enough to make the invoice a no labor charge in hopping to get further business from them - but as I have seen they DONT pay there people. So DONT do any work for them.
