Home owners must please take note of 5 Star Properties dispute resolution methods.
I don't want them as my estate agents. I told Tersia I want to cancel their services and she must give me the date on which the current lease expires. After this they went ahead without my consent and renewed the lease on my house. They then threatened to charge me almost R9000 if I cancel the contract!
Now they just don't pay my rent over until this dispute is resolved. The bank now phones me because my rent is not paid for 2 months. But, this is the way Tersia does business. She even send me false Payment Notifications so I would not pick up her corrupt dealings as the rent was payed directly into my bond.
She changed the terms and conditions of the contract without my knowledge. All items to benefit herself.
This issue is still carrying on and I will keep everyone updated about 5 Star Properties.
