We had given one month's notice and during that month my grandfather passed away. Regardless of death or notice we are not entitled our deposit as this is given to the owner until such time as they find a replacement tenant! Our lives are solely dependent on the marketing team to find a replacement! DO NOT USE THIS RETIREMENT VILLAGE!!!
