Consistency in bad service

For years i have heard of national letting giving students in auckland park bad service and now i have experienced it for myself over and over. last week i got an e mail from josie beech who is in charge of admin according to my understanding. she told me my debit order was to be moved to the 30th and not the 1st because they having system problems. i get paid on the last day of the month and i am on a learnership as this is my 1st job. so i told her this is not my problem and that they should cancel my debit order because she told me theres nothing they can do, then i will pay them on the 1st via internet banking and send them confirmation. i did that only for them to debit my account on the first causing my account to go into a negative. they have taken all my money and i wouldn't be surprised if im not the only one they did that too. they have done other things to me that i am willing to share. this is unacceptable and now my credit ratings is going to be bad because of this company. as soon as i find another place to live i am moving out as i have had enough.
