Won't refund deposit

I have been using let 'n stay student accomodation for the past four years. I moved out end of november and have not yet received my deposit which I was told is refundable till this day. I visited the offices to find out what was delaying the refund however I was not given any proper explanation only told that I should wait. I have been waiting and there's still no response
