I have been waiting since January 23 for a roof leak to be repaired. received the sms confirmation that a service request had been logged. The best feed back i have received is that the quotes have been submitted, awaiting board of trustee's approval. What's worst is that it's not even a roof leak, i suspect it is the geyser pipe leaking but for it to take freaking 3 months to be approved is the worst service ever! Not even a courtesy call to update on the situation, they just don't care about the customer.
