She took my money and she treated me very BAD!

I went License Department for my Drivers license (Test). The instructor who's name is Thuli was so rude to me, she was shouting at me while I was test driving.she was impatiant with me and she even hit me on my arm for making a mistake.she demanded R1700 from me because she said I was driving slow and I made lots of mistakes outside the driving field.why she didn't fail me. I'm suppose to be happy but I'm not.she treated me so bad as if I'm NOTHING a of trash while she took my money.that BAD attitude is not good at all.somthing must be done...
