My house that I sold was transferred in Aug 2012
The new owner still has not received 1 municipal bill
My refund has not been touched and in fact the whole process has not even been worked on and its Apr 2013 - thats almost 8 months
When I go into Milnerton office, the lady behind the counter is amazed that nothing has happened but is quick to say she cant do anything about it either - listen to me now City of CT - maybe the Mayor of CT can work on this if no one else is competent enough - come now - quit the excuses, cut the bull and tell me really what your plan is
If this hellopeter complaint doesnt help - I can assure you I will be going to the office of the Mayor of CT next
I expect a senior manager to call me very very soon to get details and supply answers and I dont want the process that normally takes months to start from the beginning, I want quick resolution as you have already had 8 months!!!
