We have a skip on our pavement that was rented by the previous owners of the house. It has been filled with all their stuff, rained on for the last month and now is a stinking mess. Every time we call the municipality with our reference number some clueless faceless person PROMISE that it'll be removed within 48 hours. This has been going on for an entire month now. I'm of a mind to hire a truck and drag the thing down the street and park it in the middle of a busy street to force them to move it!
