I am still within my warranty period and the lounge suite I purchase has a defect, the arm is coming away from the seat and I have called Gideon from Furniture Direct on several occasions to come and repair it accordingly. The first week he promised that he would come througn, the next week, he assured me he would be here the following morning but never showed. From then onwards he has obviously saved my mobile number and does just not answer my calls anymore.
I wish to have this sorted within my warranty period.
