i have a query that the ombudsman is investigating for the last 8months, my claim from etana (fnb brokers) was rejected and fnb had sent the wrong paperwork to the ombudsmann, they have used my father in laws policy and paperwork instead of mine, i have been patient and i dont know how long i can be anymore patient. my policy number with etana or fnb is OUR CLAIM NO. : ND0017031
