Ombudsman took Decisions, and they are Biased

Now the Case was closed on November 2012, still on Biased Decision. They never gave me all the outstanding issues as the said they are still waiting, but they have already taken a decision. I needed the Warranty for the Parts were replaced on the 24th May 2011. That was the first day I got my car after a Porthole incident. On that day, the Insurance supplier Denied to gave me. On the very same day, the car went into flame frm the Bonet under the Steering. The fetched the car on following day.
On the 31st May 2011, Wilro Park "Stripped the Harness Wiring Box, and the Entire Dashed Board. These Wires has nothing to do with Pothole accident.
On the 23rd June 2011, Wilro Park owner Fled, and left Null and Void Warranty I was forced to signed with the receptionist without explanation what was burning. The Warranty was dated 31st May and I signed it on 23rd June 2011.
Ombudsman closed the file based on the warranty and the Forensic Inspector's report that faivored me, because he discovered the Harness problem and the denied my Appeal.

The car still at Insurance repair center, and they denied to fix it. The problem is not solved. How may you help?
