They have put in these new prepaid meters that are very problematic and never respond to any complains I have made. I have been at their offices in Kew and got attitude from the people who work there. I have been given numerous reference numbers but no technician has been to my house as promised. Now I sit in a house with no power yet I commit myself to buying the electricity. What a disappointment hey and yet we are expected to vote whilst getting this kind of service. So not happening!
