Subprime service delivery by City of Tshwane

Complaint: call reference number 591/29 and 76/30. Re: Power: 570 Kruin Street Muckleneuk power failure at street pole (D4) entry point.

The first call was logged via the correct channel at / via the call centre /sms line on 29 October. The log was unilaterally cancelled by Tswhane on 30 October without inspecting the problem or fixing the malfunction components on the street pole. I yet again reported the fault via the correct channel on 30 October. Today at 6pm, Tswhane has not thoroughly inspected the circuit switch and re-corrected the wiring on street pole number D4 in front of 570 Kruin Street, Muckleneuk.
Tswhane is strongly encouraged to investigate the management of power failure call reference numbers 591/29 and 76/30, and to address subprime service delivery.
Furthermore, the response from the customer care email (received today) was weak to non relevant.

I am awaiting an acceptable reply from Tswhane.
