Rubbish in the whole of Umlazi has not been collected for 2 weeks and counting. This is becoming a health hazard to the residents. We pay our property rates but the service rendered by the Durban Solid Waste allocated to Umlazi has not been delivered! I have been calling number after number but still there are no answers!
