After they confirmed for a conference less then a week in advance for 200 people we had weekend of chaos. Attendees arrived until 02h00 in morning and could not check in to various guest houses as they were closed and then started to toi-toi in hotel foyer. For set menu meals they brought in other guests from outside and gave them food which was not paid for. Original agreement was payment was 10 days after invoice, The new chairman doesn't want to pay and old one said it's the new chairman job. When you are lucky enough to get somebody on the phone you get answers like - "we would like more time to liasie with the relevant people" or "we will pursue the matter with the relevant people". I would stongly recommend that any company think again, before doing business with this organisation.
