I am really impressed with the fast response time of the City of Cape Town Municipality.
I've now logged multiple complaints with them. First on the phone, then via e-mail and lately it's possible to do it online.

On most occasions (even fixing road surfaces) they did what they needed to do and solved most issues in less than 24 hours.
