Please understand that this is getting seriously very frustrating and ridiculous as I have tried 16 names and every time I get the same results. How will I ever get a name registered if you keep giving me Comparative name exist. Now explain to me, when a name was already taken, and I chose the same name, but left out a letter, I could use it, but now there are all sorts of problems. 1st reservation I wanted to use: PC Excellence but it was send through as PC Excelence (miss spelled) this was ok, only when I tried to fix the mistake, I was told the name already exist. Which I understand, but nothing was said about comparative. Now every name I choose is supposedly comparative.
16 Different names, and every time I have to pay for a new name reservation, this is costing me a stupid amount of money, for something as simple, and from March to October I could not have registered a name or business. But you advertise 24 hours? I was told to speak to Felix, I emailed him, no feedback, I try and phone, and no one picks up the phone.
I want my previous comparitive name nr 1 (Edge Systems) registered before end day 25/10/2013 or I am taking this to the news papers and consumer council.
