Old age pension

I applied for old age pension, 4/9/2013 but the system was showing my very first I'd nr and I am using the new green bar coded I'd now so they were struggling to merge the two, I went back three times but no answer so Angie said I can phone her the following day but she is never in as per the rude lady answering the phone and her direct line is just ringing and the mail box is full I can't leave a message, she has my nr why don't she phone me???
