Only got through after trying to call for 2days

I have been trying to get through to CIPC call center for 2 days (17 and 18 October 2013), with no one answering the call, I held on for almost 40 mins at one time!! finally at around 8:50 on 18th October i managed to get through. Really unacceptable service delivery.
