My mother is severely disabled in both legs. She is chronic diabetic and chronic heart patient. We were promised twice that a home visit would be arranged. They never came. She has had no pension transferred to her ABSA acc.
She has no money to buy food, electric and pay her water rates bill. Please arrange home visit ASAP to convert to new biocard
