I sold my property in Rustdal Blackheath in December 2012. In order for registration, I had to pay an amount of R20387 to the City of Cape Town. This was paid over in December 2012 with a promise of getting a refund about 3 months after registration.
Well, registration took place on the 31st January 2013 and I am still battling to get the refund of R20387.04. Not ever can any consultant give me a date of when payment will be made. They just log the call and today again just told me that it has been processed for payment, but they are still waiting for approval to refund!
I've just had it with them! I can never speak to a senior person and my call just gets recorded every time.
Can I do anything to get an answer from them?
