My bill was too for about 3 to 4 months i've been going to their offices twice a month since last year October till today my query is still not resolved. My water account is between R100-R300 a month but some time last year it went up to R2000 (R2027.40, R1240.92, R1649, 49) Everytime i go there i get different people and they give me different information. They hire people that doesn't even come to the houses for the readings they just do their own estimations and this is causing me money, my childrens money. There is always queues people with same queries, people are charged for water that they did not use. They promise to sent someone to my house to check if there is a leak till today i'm still waiting. Last time i went there and they reffered me to Kedibone opposide building in billing department and Kedibone said that someone will come to my house for inspection and that was 2 weeks back and i'm still waiting. I really dont know whether i should continue paying or am i just wasting my money
