Uses not coming are causing a major inconvenience

The 521 and the 522 buses have not been coming past the Jan Smuts/ Parktown area. We have complained to certain metro officials who have not done anything on the matter. the service is pathetic and causing major inconveniences. We have called in and nothing is getting done about the poor service!!!
