We have made numerous complaints regarding a broken meter and leak outside our property. We were told that it was on the job card, but nothing has been done. We have a leak on our property that cannot be fixed without this problem outside being fixed.
Additionally, when calling the call centre, the option '3' for water issues does not work, and nobody in the call centre was willing to assist when I pressed '0'
