POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: 47 DAYS AND NO FAULT FIXING

On 10-06-2013 i sent an email to the Electricity faults and breakdown call centre to report defective lamp poles.
Entire length of WAKESLEIGH ROAD. (MOUNT VERNON), Entire length of VUSI MZIMELA ROAD. (CATO MANOR), Entire length of RICK TURNER ROAD. (GLENWOOD), Entire length of LENA AHRENS ROAD. (GLENWOOD), Entire length of ALICE STREET. (DURBAN), Entire length of ARCHIE GUMEDE PLACE. (DURBAN).

I was given fault numbers:

2168288
2168292 &
2168294

On 05/07/2013 i conplained again.
