Licensing Department
Excellent work

Today I went to the licencing department in Randburg to get a copy of my vehicle's registration. The process is there is someone who checks you have all the right information and backup documents etc. This is then checked by a supervisor and then handed back to customer whereupon one has to go to another office to get said documentation. When I asked the person who returned my documents to me where I was supposed to go she vaguely said go up the passage and waved her hand in the general direction. I headed off in the general direction passing various closed doors and coming to a door that said no entry, so being the law abiding citizen that I am and not seeing a soul I knocked on a door that said fiance, excused myself and asked for help. He told me to go all the way along the passage, up the stairs, turn left and go through the glass doors. Which I duly did. At the office I was called by Themba to whom I explained my problem. He listened and dealt with my problems efficiently and neatly. Kudos to Themba. Please train all the staff to be as efficient as him
