NO ONE DOES THE TROUBLE TO ANSWER!!!

I have been on the phone waiting for anyone at the call centre for almost 40 min now, and there is just no answer. This is a government institution, DOES NO ONE THERE WORK??? This is completely unacceptable!!! And I have to pay my hard earned taxes so that these people can sit around and do nothing!!! Come on man!!!
