Not doing their work properly

I do licensing and registration for a living. My driver had to drive from pretoria to delmas to license a caravan for
A customer. At first the officer did not want to help as there was outstanding fees to be paid on the caravan, which is totally ridiculous as it is brand new!! I then instructed my driver to ask to speak to a supervisor so as we could explain the situation. The supervisor was also very unhelpfull and then insisted we had now also completed the incorrect form. So bottom line, dont complain or ask for help, otherwise you will receive very bad attitudes and sent away... my petrol, time and money wasted!!
