Been calling RHT for weeks but no one answers the phones; 011 630 5035/36/37/48/49/55 - NONE OF THESE NUMBERS!!! The Gauteng Provincial Gov. complaint line is also useless, they keep giving me morenumbers to call after having explained that none of the phones are being answered. In the background all you hear is ladies laughing and talking loudly - IS THERE NO WORK TO BE DONE???
I've emailed my complaint with the required supporting documents but have not received any response or feedback. I guess no case has been opened for my complaint against my previous landlord who claims I owe him money.
Why is no one monitoring the complaints?!? RHT is useless and so are the employees.
