I have engaged with CIPC since begining of May 2013, request for copies of certified company document (CK), i have been sent from pillar to post and their representatives dont know their products and services, including person responsible for the service required. they keep on referring and transferring us to different department.
I have faxed and e-mailled their Disclosures department and to-date no response nor acknowledgement of my request but money was long-deposited into my account as requested.

this is pathetic for government to be employing people and dont provide training of their products and services.
