ILLEGAL RATES BEING CHARGED

The Inner West valued my Carport at R810000.00 and charged a further R30000.00 to my water bill.
If this is not blatant what is? Carmel Le Merle has taken the law onto herself. This is South Africa not Zimbabwe, how are people like Carmel still in the employ of the Municapility???
