Poor service delivery at Home Affairs, Durban

My daughter applied for an ID in November 2011.To date she is still waiting. We have been running around in circles and no-one gives a. No-one cares that she has a baby who is 17 months old that has not been registered as she has no ID.No-one cares that she can't register @ a tertiary institution or seek employement as she has no ID.I've tried calling the call centre, Jacob Zuma hotline, no-one cares. I emailed Home Affairs deputy minister's office, no-one cares.
