Poor service, incompitent

I upgrade my cellphone to a Galaxy Y Pro a year ago... 6 months of the year I struggle to get the thing working properly. First time it went in for repair on November 2013... they change the sim card... telling me that this wil solve my problem of no signal... and poor reception... after few weeks ...
