BAD SYSTEMS!

I AM TOTALLY ANNOYED WITH HAVING TO KEEP ON DEALING WITH VODACOM, EVERY SINGLE MONTH I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO ASK THEM TO ALLOCATE THE MONEY I HAVE PAID IN TO MY ACCOUNT.DON'T THEY HAVE SYSTEMS IN PLACE TO KNOW WHEN A CLIENT HAS PAID AN ACCOUNT!
